We currently ship to EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom).
The shipping cost is calculated on the order destination.
During the checkout process the shipping costs will be automatically added to your order total.
All shipments include VAT (Value Added Tax).
There are no import duties for orders within EU.
Orders are shipped from Normal Knit in Italy on working days (Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m.– 6:00 p.m).
Orders placed on Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Solex works with trackable shipments.

From monday to friday we do our best to process and ship orders within 24 hours. Please allow 1-2 extra days for any order placed during weekends, special promotions and during holidays.

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition with all original tags attached for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Please consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not accept responsibility for any item lost on return. All extra EU orders are finale seles and no return is possible.

Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to our warehouse to be processed and shipped. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please contact us immediately and we will help you the best we can. Otherwise, we’d be happy to start a return for you for the goods you didn’t mean to order.

Solex comes out with new products regularly. If something is out of stock, email us and we’d be happy to double check for you.

Please allow 14 days for us to process your return merchandise. We will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping costs) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Solex is very elastic but if you are between sizes and your sneakers are chunky take the bigger size. If you still need assistance, please email or call us for any additional help.

If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Normal Knit. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
